Firm believer in CAFE and Daily 5 - not sure, though, how you a county mandates Daily 5 - it's more of a management style or class format, not a 'program'. Hopefully you will be implementing CAFE too - it has made a word of difference in my schools. It started here as a grassroots movement and TOOK OFF!
