are you sure you have GIZA++ compiled and installed on the machine ? and
that you have installed the training scripts by running
make
on the scripts directory, rather than just running the downloaded
scripts directly ?
also, all files have to be specified with the full path, not relative
paths, eg
/home/hieu/data/moses.ini
NOT
data/moses.ini
