more memory is always better than less; right now, Moses is single threaded
(unless i've been mistaken), but more procs will be good for life in
general.

people on the list may be interested to know that we are planning on
releasing our randomised language models for Moses within the next few
months.  this allows LMs to be used that are around a 1/10 or less of the
current size.

i'll post when it is ready
