hey michael (& everyone else) the problem with the language model interface has been fixed. To get the changes, use svn to update to the latest version. My apologies.
there's been some cool changes that was committed during the MT Marathon in Prague recently. We'll roll together a tar file and make it available for download shortly. the compile problem with IRSTLM should also be fixed soon.
