Dear sir,
It's me Mekh Raj Jaishi, form Nepal. I have completed my master degree in
Computer Science. And i have done my masters thesis on "Hidden Markov model
based statistical part-of-speech tagging for Nepali text" and i want to do my
Ph. D on Natural language processing field. For this i need
institution/universities that works on natural language processing and
institutions that provide scholarship in this field for foreign students for
Ph.D .
please if you have knowledge of this, help me.
