Hello all, I read from the Moses FAQ that the Moses decoder can be made to run on Windows without Cygwin. Besides the use of an internal trigram LM engine (instead of SRILM), are there any other differences between the decoder on Windows and on Unix-like platforms? Is there a precompiled binary for the latest version of the decoder (2009-04-13)?
