Hi Felipe,
the hierarchical phrase-based model doesn't use a reordering model (the hope is that the synchronous grammar can capture most of the reordering behaviour between the source and target languages). Give the command another try without the -reordering option. I'll update the script to make it complain if both the -hierarchical and -reordering options are given.

I'm trying to train a hierarchical phrase-based SMT system using the
current SVN version.
The command I'm using is:
moses-scripts/scripts/training/train-model.perl -hierarchical
-glue-grammar -max-phrase-length 5 --score-options="--GoodTuring"
-scripts-root-dir moses-scripts/scripts -root-dir en-es -corpus
en-es/corpus/corpus.clean -f en -e es -alignment grow-diag-final-and
-reordering msd-bidirectional-fe -lm 0:3:en-es/lm/corpus.lm:0 --parallel
and the error I get is:
