Also what happens if i make a dictionary with repeated lines(according to the 
weight which i consider for each link) from these important links and add it to 
corpus?
like

there's no guarantee. If your alignment is duplicated this way, it's better to 
preprocess your alignment file to make sure there are no duplicates
