hello, I have question about the phrase penalty feature in moses,
why the phrase penalty feature always comes to 2.718 ? what's the main role of this feature. i want to know, when translate a foreign sentence, how to control the target sentence length in decoding, please give some detail infomation about word penalty and phrase penalty. (when i write the a phrase-based decoder, the target sentence length is either too long or too short) thanks forward ! nicexw
