Hi Hieu, Thanks for this hint. But I am not quite sure that's the cause of the problem. I have run single GIZA and mgiza on a single machine and never had a problem.
The first line of the error log is related to the SGE setting. I am investigating that. Hope once that is sorted, the errors can go away.
