oops, I encouraged the moses-for-mere-mortals project developers to 
include their code with moses without checking their license. However, i 
don't know of anyone who uses it so i'm deleting it from the repository. 
You can still access the original project here:
    http://code.google.com/p/moses-for-mere-mortals/
if you see any other gpl code, please let me know.
