Hi Elham,

Only the non-terminals have alignments in the rule-table. The rules with
all alignments are available in the output of the rule extraction
step (step five from train-model.perl), the file 'extract.gz'. In the
detailed moses_chart output (use -translation-details or -T) you have what
rules matched. Using this information and the alignments from extract.gz
you can generate the remaining alignments.

And a few questions of my own:
Moses does not seem to break when terminals have alignments in the rule
table. Are they interpreted as non-terminals?
Is there an option when scoring the rule-table to output alignments for
terminals?
