You should do 3 things:
1. Update your moses toolkit if it's older than, say 3 months old.
There's nothing wrong with the old code. However, if you need to ask
questions on the mailing list, it's quite difficult for people to answer
queries about old code.
2. Use the EMS. It makes running your experiments much easier. There's
documentation here:

There's example config files for the EMS in the Moses subdirectory
scripts/ems/example
3. Try your best to solve any problems you have yourself before asking
the mailing list.
