Sorry about the delay in writing back -- I've had a busy last few days.

Yes, I think it would be great to have the -print-alignment-info flag
re-implemented.  We could in theory get the alignment information from a
separate output file, but it would be much more convenient to have it as an
extra field next to the one-best translation, as before.  Would you be able
to let me know when the flag is re-instated so I could check out the right
version of the code?
