The Stockholm TreeAligner visualises aligned parse trees, including word nodes and their alignments. It doesn't read the file formats we use in SMT, though. You'd probably have to convert your sentences to pairs of pseudo-parse trees in XML format, or add some functionality to the code to make it read plain text files and alignments.
