Hi list, just to be sure (I am assuming the answer is 'no'): 1) Can Moses somehow insert or delete target words in any other way than it would follow from unaligned source or target words in a phrase pair? 2) Also, is weight-i of any use for plain phrase-based translation other than in a lattice setting?
