Dear All

A bug was found by recently that prevented Moses using the tcmalloc
library, if this is available on your system.

This library substantially increases decoding speed, at the cost of more
memory consumption.

I'm releasing an incremental version of Moses, v. 2.1.1 which just patches
the previous release, v.2.1, to fix this one bug.

The source code is available as a branch

The binaries have not been updated. They were originally compiled without
tcmalloc anyway due to the increase memory consumption.
