I have these questions about Release 4 1. All binaries in the Win10\moses\bin folder lack the .exe suffix. The binary header looks like a Linux executable. Can you confirm these are actually Cygwin executable. If so, where can I read about the necessary Cygwin setup? 2. The Win10/moses/bin folder does not include the processPhraseTable presumably because the original binary phrase table format was retired pre-Release 3. However, does the moses or moses2 executable include the libraries to read old models that use this format? 3. Does the moses and/or moses2 executable(s) include the libraries for NPLM, Bilingual Neural LM or Bilingual N-gram LM?
