Hi everyone,

I have a budget to hire someone to update Release 4 for my needs. I want to start my search within the Moses community because of your familiarity with the baseline code. Here's what I need:

1. Update and recompile Release 4 github commit to run the moses and
supporting binaries as native Windows .exe binaries. My company owns
a proprietary configuration and environment that consists of an open
source (Linux) cross-compile tool, a Makefile and instructions that
a former engineer created. The environment was last used with a June
2015 Moses github commit to build Moses. I need someone with C++
   skills to
    1. update the configuration and environment to build Moses/MGIZA++
       with the Release 4 commit
    2. update the Release 4 Moses/MGIZA++ commit as necessary to
compile/build in this environment. This will include a shift
from processPhraseTable to processPhraseTableMin and from
       processLexicalTable to processLexicalTableMin with the
supporting static library updates to compile into the Moses binary.
    3. Verify that the 14 executable binaries I need (I have a list) work
2. Update NPLM, Bilingual Neural LM or Bilingual N-gram LM (final
choice TBD, depends on complexity/cost) to:
    1. train/build its respective language model in a native Windows
       environment.
    2. compile Moses with the static libraries to support the chosen LM
3. OPTIONAL: in lieu of A. and B., do these updates to become part of
the moses2 binary. I suspect this is cost-prohibitive, but if I'm
wrong, this could be an option.
4. Whether A & B or C, compile corresponding executables as native OS X
   binaries.

All work can be one in a Linux environment and cross-compiled for Windows and OS X. I will work with you to test the native Windows/OS X functionality. Whoever is interested in this work, please reply directly to this personal email here. If you can do part, but not all, please let me know. I will need to know from you:

1. estimated cost
2. estimated start date when you're available
3. estimated duration to do the work.

Note that all updates to the open source code will become part of their respective projects. All changes to our proprietary Makefile script and instructions will remain proprietary unless otherwise agreed.

Thanks.

Best regards,
Tom Hoar
