The Moses bjam scripts do not compile on Windows. I'll need to
compile/build/run on Linux. This URL has a download link to binaries
that run native on MS Windows. The README lists dependencies and
limitations.

This is what i have done for the compilation:- Cloned Moses from Github
- Downloaded & Installed GIZA++?- Copied GIZA++ Binaries to MosesDecoder
- Tried?to install Moses by using bjam.exe
