Hi, i'm trying to use moses to do language translation but i'm still a novice. I'm following the moses tutorial from the official website and i would like to obtain a Blue Score with mteval-v14.pl from the mosesdecoder. The problem is that i don't know how to use that file. Please can you provide me some help.
