My new IP cameras have some advanced motion detection mechanism (like line crossing) which I would like to use. Maybe I am wrong, but I think the motion detection mechanism of some modern IP cameras seems to be better then the one of motion (please correct me, if I am wrong). Is it possible, that the camera tells motion, that it detects a motion?
