Message-ID: <20170908045233.39ed9761@ACAB.TOSIAR> Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII Finally got motion working! Motioneye also. Need a better webcam as the c615 is blurry, heh. I sure do miss my old Philips PWC740 IIRR. That was a fine webcam, but the linux kernel people screwed up the pwc stuff and it stopped working as it once did. Need to know why though, the motion directory that I have the media put into (pictures every five minutes, motion detected movies, etc) in my home dir always makes itself belong to root so that I have to become su to be able to delete anything. Not sure if this is motion or motioneye. All the files and the one dir in the motioneye dir in my home dir were also root. ------------------------------ Message: 2 Date: Fri, 8 Sep 2017 11:15:51 +0100 From: Colin Law <clan...@gmail.com> To: Motion discussion list <motion-user@lists.sourceforge.net> Subject: Re: [Motion-user] Motion and motioneye...
