I'm not sure that I can write this any clearer than what is indicated in 
the message...

/The frame rate specified is too high for the ffmpeg movie type 
specified. Choose a different ffmpeg container or lower framerate./.

Have you tried choosing a different container type or lowering the 
framerate?
