Is it possible to capture night time low light star movement and meteors, etc.? Is yes, then what config settings allow you to do this? Thanks. This would give you better picture quality, as motion performs re-compress during timelapse save On Mon, May 7, 2018 at 5:19 AM, mylin <my...@ix.netcom.com> wrote: > I'm using a Logitech C270 usb cam. > > Is it possible to capture night time low light star movement and meteors, > etc.? > > Is yes, then what config settings allow you to do this? > > Thanks. > Martin > > > ------------------------------------------------------------ > ------------------ > Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most > engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot > _______________________________________________ > Motion-user mailing list > Motion-user@lists.sourceforge.net > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/motion-user > https://motion-project.github.io/ > > Unsubscribe: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/options/motion-user > -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... ------------------------------ Message: 3 Date: Mon, 07 May 2018 06:43:09 +0000 From: Stefan Fuchs <sfx...@gmail.com> To: motion-user@lists.sourceforge.net Subject: [Motion-user] motion: only view live stream, no saving of images or videos: possible? Got it all to work very nicely. My question: is there a setting that would allow me to simply watch the live stream from remote (like, say, the current weather conditions) WITHOUT motion saving so many (or any, ideally) images or videos to my little SD-card? Thank you and all the best, Stefan -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... ------------------------------ Message: 4 Date: Mon, 7 May 2018 16:53:03 +1000 From: Adam Goryachev <mailingli...@websitemanagers.com.au> To: motion-user@lists.sourceforge.net Subject: Re: [Motion-user] motion: only view live stream, no saving of images or videos: possible?
