Message-ID: <CAH8ZPG=Tr4zwD9ec2_7osXYMt+7930DHV8dBwAiT+L=0urw...@mail.gmail.com> Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" I just upgrade 2 webcams to the latest firmware and now get this on linux from Chrome (by far the most used browser on the Internet) and Firefox. These are the most recent firmwares but yet about 4 years old. Quote : "The browser you are using may have difficulty receiving images and video. If you experience any issues viewing this page, we suggest using Internet Explorer or Apple Safari" Based on a web search it seems the only way around this is to downgrade to the next most recent firmware. Wow I just can't even imagine who could have made this type of decision specifically not to support the browser that commands a 60% market share, and to support 2 browsers which together do not have a 20% market share! This is appalling! http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=63426.0 -- "You should sit in nature for 20 minutes a day.
