Well that worked but I'm still appalled that there is a product
manager out there who thought this was a good idea.  Wow.

To me that says "never buy DLink again"

I googled "chrome change user agent" and found a chrome plugin for it.
There seems to be quite a lot of different ones.

The one I took is User-Agent Switcher for Google Chrome
Offered by: useragentswitcher.org

It puts a menu at the top right of your browser. You can flip that
down and choose from a couple of dozen different browser types and
versions.

I selected "Internet Exlorer 11" and it works
