Hi Motion Users,
I have just upgraded from an old motion 3.x version to 4.2.2.
I am finding very high lag on the RTSP of my camera, a Foscam C1, of the
magnitude of > 1 minute, and gradually getting worse.
Whereas before with motion 3.x there was no such noticeable lag.
Also, to test, using VNC to connect to the same RTSP URL works fine also,
no lag.
Is this a known problem? Are there buffering settings in RTSP that I should
change?
I have reverted settings to use HTTP JPG and the lag has gone, but thought
I should report the issue with RTSP.

Does it mean that when you start motion you don't get anything in live
stream for that minute?
