Hi guys, thank you very much for your ideas and support. Sorry for my very
late reply, I had to travel away from my home server....
Anyway, now I'm back and tested your suggestions -
no other client trying to access the camera + reducing the frame rate to 5
(as well as playing with Bitrate Type (CBR ot VBR), Bitrate (Kbps), Frame
Interval and Video compression algo (H264, H265 and MJPEG)) -
but nothing helped. ZM doesn't agree to add the camera.
(I verified that I can see the stream using VLC...)

This is a print screen of the configuration Iast try (the one in red):
