I am trying to find information on parameters specified in my
camera.conf file.

Specifically @motion_detection

I had also read somewhere about adding in an additional parameter within
the "Extra Motion Options", "enable_motion", but I can't seem to find
any relevant info on a listing of "extra motion options" and what those
options may entail.

There are no such config options. Where did you get them?
