I'm setting up a new installation of motion on an R pi 3B+ with buster.
I've downloaded and installed buster_motion_4.3.2-1_armhf.deb from the
motion website. When I run motion it finds the camera, which is a
Reolink RLC-810A, and connects to its low-resolution 'Fluent' stream at

rtmp://192.168.1.27/bcs/channel0_sub.bcs?channel=0&stream=0&user=****&password=****

I can see the connected video on port 8081.

There's one message in the logfile that I don't understand and am
slightly concerned about. I haven't found anything useful by googling.
The message is:

[1:ml1:Camera1] [CRT] [NET] [Feb 22 20:14:28] motion_init: Substream
not available. Image sizes not modulo 16.

I don't understand what it means by 'substream' and I don't understand
what it means by 'Image sizes not modulo 16'. The fluent stream, which
is known as the _sub stream is 640x360 so I can see that 360 does not
divide by 16 but google pointed me to something that suggested this
might be an old problem that had been fixed?

I've no idea whether it matters nor if it does, what I should do about
it?

TIA, Dave

Motion produces two streams. One regular and another one "substream" - it
is half of regual dimentions. But if the dimensions don't allow division -
the substream will not start. This is what the message means
