Re: Motionplus: dependencies on bookworm RPi4 (Dougie Nisbet) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Message: 1 Date: Tue, 09 Jan 2024 09:14:10 +0000 From: Dougie Nisbet <dou...@katsura.uk> To: Motion discussion list <motion-user@lists.sourceforge.net> Subject: Re: [Motion-user] Motionplus: dependencies on bookworm RPi4 Message-ID: <e465c902db808f71a895071ca7e784ad689c5458.ca...@katsura.uk> Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" I've tried bookworm on the rpi4 - both motionplus and motion and did not have any success running motion. This was with both a camera module and usb camera, 32 and 64 bit.?Errors were usually to do with camera connecting and watchdog timeouts. I went back to bullseye. I've had a look at motionplus but couldn't get it running and didn't want to spend more time investigating when I was already familiar with motion. I *did* manage to get bookworm working on the rpi zero though, and currently have it working with a camera module.
