The Minneapolis Star Tribune is redesigning its Home & Garden section. The new section, to appear for the first time on April 30, will carry a birding-event calendar. Groups and organizations that sponsor bird-related events can send notice of them to the Tribune by regular mail.
To be included in the calendar, send a description of the event (including the time, date and location), the name of the sponsoring organization, the cost (and if there is no cost) and any age limits to the event. You must include a phone number that can be published so readers can get more information about the event.
