Today, in Big Stone County's Toqua Township, there were two White-faced = Ibises. The ibises were in a pothole on the north side of CR 54, 1.2 = miles west of CR 61. They were there when I arrived at 1115, and were = still there when I left an hour later.
Also at this pothole were seven American Avocets, four adults and three = chicks, and (to my surprise) a single Hudsonian Godwit. Phil Chu Department of Biology St. John's University Collegeville, MN 56321
