[mou] Trumpeter swans still in Ramsey County

Two trumpeter swans are swimming on Lake Como, in the northwestern corner of
St. Paul, Minn., for the second day in a row. Today they're close to the
eastern side of the lake, just off the point that juts into the water. Much
of the lake is frozen slush, so the swans are somewhat confined.
