Hello - Wanted to inform you that I (with a friend) observed a snowy owl near the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport on Saturday Feb. 4 around 4pm. This owl was observed from cargo road. It was sitting on a construction trailer across from the FedEx parking lot. The owl had a substantial amount of barring - only its neck and head were pure white. We would have been able to wait longer if the cops hadn't run us out of the area!
