As many as 7 Eurasian Collared-Doves are being seen in the town of Ottertail in north-central Otter Tail County. (Apparently they were fruitful and multiplied!)
Mourning Doves are hanging around in unusual numbers as well. We had 7 in our yard over the weekend. This morning (12/5), we saw our first Lapland Longspurs (11) and Snow Buntings (100) of the year along Hwy 78 south of the town of Battle Lake near where the highway intersects with CR 126.
