At 2:15 to 3:30 PM the Snowy Owl previously reported at the MSP Airport was seen just off Cargo Road on a building directly west of the UPS Facility. The Owl was sitting on the southeast corner of the building direcly adjacent to the southwest corner of the UPS parking lot. When I left at 3:30 PM the Owl was still sitting in the same spot.
