Highlights for the past three days include Northern Parula, Black and White,
Nashville, Palm, and Yellow Rumped warblers at Indian Point. Five Harris
Sparrows, Red Necked and Horned Grebes galore, two american pipits, two mature
bald eagles, one sharp shinned hawk, one merlin, spotted sandpipers, and
fishing common terns dropping from 30-50 feet in the air to plunge the water
for
fish at Minnesota Point. The coolest part of today was watching
(conservative estimate) 200-250 blue jays migrating along Minnesota Point
headed up the
north shore. S. Zierman.
