Discovered a pair of Black Scoters on Pelican Lake in St. Anna at 4pm this evening. They were mostly on the WSW side, best viewing from the ballroom "The Landing" on N side of the lake. Two rafts of Buffleheads, a small group of C. Goldeneye, a large raft of RB Gulls (no rarities mixed in), a couple of Ringnecks and Redheads. N of Avon CR9 to St. Anna, turn left at "The Store" gas station, 1 mile down.
