(Belated report, but they just told me today.) Greg and Julie Sitz had a Great Gray Owl in their yard, on the north side of Fishhook Lake in Park Rapids, on Tuesday right around sunset. They got good looks at it for about 15 min as it sat in an oak tree not far from their house. It appeared to be hunting, looking around most of the time, but they didn't observe it dive down. They haven't seen it since.
