Someone had asked about Bald Eagles in Red Wing. I visited Colvill Park yesterday and counted 35 Bald Eagles, roughly 3/4 of them mature. Activity is hit-or-miss, although I have more often seen them hunting while looking downriver from the eastern end of the park, the far end from the entrance.
