Mike, Thank you so much for taking action on this problem. If enough is made about it perhaps these animals will be spared further suffering. If they are trapped, whether they find new homes or are euthanized, all will be better off not facing starvation, lack of shelter and disease.
If anyone else stumbles into a situation like this again, use your camera to document the event. Proving neglect, abandonment and abuse in court is always a difficult task. Keep in mind that the woman may simply be a caring individual with few resources trying to help abandoned animals.
