FINALLY! Pardon me for the exclamation, but this is the first BC Night Heron I've seen in Sherburne County - despite the fact that a few pairs nest in (not public) areas in the refuge. It was seen flying into the Princeton Sewage Ponds at 7:15 PM.
Also had a Nashville Warbler on the Milaca Hiking Trails this morning, tad south of its usual range. Good birding. Al Schirmacher Princeton, MN Mille Lacs & Sherburne Counties
