The ROCK WREN was still at the Grand Marais campground in Cook County on the 27th. It was again along the lake shore near the yellow maintenance garages. Two RED-THROATED LOONS flew past the Hawk Ridge overlook in Duluth on the 27th. New southbound migrants reported this past week include TUNDRA SWAN, WHITE-WINGED SCOTER, SURF SCOTER, LONG-TAILED DUCK, GREAT BLACK-BACKED GULL, and THAYER'S GULL.
