Discovered an active nest of a Western Kingbird pair in SE Stearns at the electrical substation near the St. Cloud Water Treatment plant off of the Opportunity Dr I94 exit. Go northward past Antioch companies, bend east past FedEX center. Kingbird was first discovered working in the soybean field just below the substation....nest is on the back-side middle 1st horizontal girder structure 10' up. mjb
