[mou-net] Aitkin County update

I took a drive out on Aitkin County Road 15 (locally called Cedarbrook 
Road) and found a few interesting birds. A gorgeous adult PEREGRINE 
FALCON was sitting on a hay bale eating a blackbird close to the road.  
The NINETEEN BLACK-BILLED MAGPIES are hanging around a couple of farms 
about 3.3 miles west of town on CR 15.  Also seen: 2 TRUMPETER SWANS in 
the river along with about 200 Canada Geese, 4 SANDHILL CRANES, 2
