Sometimes it is a few days between sightings and I begin to wonder, but I should just trust that once the Bohemian waxwings arrive and food is plentiful, they will stay for the winter. We'll see. Today there were a couple of flocks that kept on the move. In the past week there has been sightings of pine grosbeaks, evening grosbeaks, American goldfinches and one snow bunting.
My apologies my last posting should be edited to say "American" tree sparrow. Bill ---- Join or Leave mou-net:http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=mou-net Archives:http://lists.umn.edu/archives/mou-net.html
