About noon today a long-tailed duck and three red-breasted mergansers were
observed in Agate Bay at Two Harbors. They were near the far (west) ore dock.

At Gooseberry State Park a small flock of Bohemian waxwings was feeding with a
larger flock of Cedar waxwings and five robins near the picnic shelter that
overlooks the mouth of the river.

A beautiful day for birding.
