Led a field trip for the Minnesota River Valley Audubon Chapter today to 
Washington county.  While the weather could have been better, the birding was 
very good.  We experienced lots of waves of Warblers and encountered a total of 
20 species of Warblers for the day.  Here are some of the species we observed 
today.

6:20 - 9:30 am - Oakdale Nature Preserve - The preserve is located 1/2 mile 
North of Hwy 5, on the West side of Hadley Avenue.
10:00 - 12:15 pm - Grey Could Dunes SNA
2:00 - 4:30 pm - Afton State Park

Yellow-throated Vireo
Blue-headed Vireo
Warblers - Blue-winged, Golden-winged, Tennessee, Orange-crowned, Nashville, 
Northern Parula, Yellow, Chestnut-sided, Magnolia, Yellow-rumped, 
Black-throated Green, Blackburnian, Palm, Cerulean - Oakdale Nature Preserve 
only - Black-and-white, American Redstart, Ovenbird, Northern Waterthrush, 
Common Yellowthroat.
Indigo Bunting
Orchard Oriole - Grey Could Dunes SNA
